New JAC City Utility Vehicle For 2020

Situation:

Today China is becoming the largest automotive market in the world, with more than 13 million vehicles sold annually. Cities like Beijing, Shanghai and others have a population that exceeds 20 million,, which makes the cost of living in such cities unaffordable to ordinary people.  

They must, therefore, move out of the city center to the outskirts, which is increasingly becoming the popular option. But road conditions and the environment there are rougher than in the city, and we need your new design to suit this demand.

The new generation of Chinese people will consider more practical and personal factors when they make the decision to buy a car; they will consider the practicality of the vehicle, the road conditions where they live, weekend trips, large supermarket shopping, price and fuel consumption, etc.

Brief

We believe that a City Utility Vehicle (CUV) is the answer to all these demands, and we want you to design a new JAC CUV for the Chinese market in 2020. 

From a styling point of view, China, the country with over 5,000 years of history, has a great number of design masterpieces, and Chinese artists who have created ART in their time. These still remain examples of the greatest art pieces in human history. We want you to translate those historical Chinese art, design and masterpieces in a modern way for the JAC vehicle of 2020.
